That's Shady.
This year's fair
booth focused on
trees and their
importance in the
ecosystem. Shown
here are Bobbi
Vannattan, RCD
Outreach
Coordinator, and
Danae Pinkerton,
NRCS.
As usual, the
coloring contest
was a big hit with
the youngsters.  
There were over
400 entries.  
Prizes were given
for three different
age groups.
Another contest was
also held this year.  
Adults and children
were asked to name
10 reasons to plant a
tree.  Twenty-nine
reasons were posted
around the
exhibition hall for
them to refer to.
Dave Martin and
Scott Kaiser, DNRC,
brought the Rolling
Rivers Stream Table
to the event.  As
always, it was a real
draw for young and
old alike.
