He is married to Jewel and has three children; Christi, Mandy and Wes. When asked why he joined the board he responded "we really need to leave the land better than we found it". |

| Steve Lackman was born in Billings and raised in Worden. He is married to Jane and together they have a son, Matthew Todd. He has 3 step-children, Courtney, Kele and Dan and 6 grand children. Steve farms in Hathaway, Montana and joined the board because a neighbor asked him to run. He has been a supervisor for 5 years. |

Donald Gale Youngbauer lives in Forsyth with his wife Mary. He has two daughters, Laura and Sarah. He has been on the board for 2 years. He joined the board so he would have the opportunity to learn more about conservation. |
| Wendy Warren is the newest member of the RCD Board of Supervisors. She was born in Miles City and lives on Sweeney Creek with her husband Lafe and children Brac and Cade. She is a Civil Engineer with the BLM and has been on the board for 4 months. Previously a RCD Engineering Technician, she joined the board because she felt like contributing as a board member rather than an employee. |
